Dana Ryan

Philanthropy Officer

Dana Ryan serves as Methodist Hospital Foundation’s philanthropy officer. She works closely with donors on legacy gift planning and the facilitation of major gifts. She is also responsible for the Foundation’s Professional Advisory Council and Honorary Physicians program.

A grateful Methodist patient, Dana joined the Foundation in 2021. She previously served as development manager for Omaha non-profit Film Streams following a career in personal finance and retirement planning administration.

Dana graduated from University of Nebraska-Omaha with a bachelor’s of business administration and public health. She received certification from Indiana University's Fund Raising School. Also passionate about the arts, Dana has appeared in productions at the BLUEBARN Theatre and Great Plains Theatre Conference.
