Online Bill Pay Refund Policy

The Business Office will work with you to resolve any billing discrepancies that may occur. If there is an overpayment to your account, it will be refunded to the appropriate party. Over payments will be transferred to other open self pay accounts up to the amount that is due. The refund of any remaining credit balance, will be sent to the patient/guarantor. If the credit balance is due to a payment from a credit card, the first priority will be to send the overpayment back to the credit card issuer, otherwise, a check will be issued to the patient/guarantor. Please allow several weeks for credit balance to be processed.

Jurisdiction

In any claim or action directly or indirectly arising under this Agreement or related to the Service, each party irrevocably submits to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of the Nebraska District Court sitting in Douglas County, Nebraska, or if such court does not have subject-matter jurisdiction, then each party irrevocably submits to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of the United States Court for the District of Nebraska, and whichever of those two courts has jurisdiction, each party waives any jurisdictional, venue, or inconvenient forum objections to such court. If any of the provisions of this Agreement are held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction not to be enforceable, then such provisions shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that this Agreement shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
